The product:
Web and Mobile sales app for dentists that will monitor the clinic’s business revenue and activity in real-time, a cross-platform compatible app and a tool for patients to make appointments easy and a record keeper, while a website is up to engage users about their services.
Project duration:
Six months project that started February 2023 to August 2023.
The problem:
The competition in the dental industry is becoming tighter than ever before. Performing revenue is critical to any business and lacking a proper tool such as a website and an app will result in an unprecedented compromise of the overall business foundation.
The goal:
Develop an app and website that will monitor the sales and revenue of the business to analyze, predict and assist the business which will lead to a productive system and exemplar strategy, while a new website to introduce and promote the services.
My role:

Understanding The User
Familia Dental Clinic App is a mobile web app created and developed to address the pain points of a dentist running the business to oversee the revenue and performance of sales. It’s a tool also for patients that can assist quickly with their booking plans with the clinic.
The research I conducted started with persona, defined the problem statement, if/then statement, interview transcript, journey map and a competitive audit.
Listed down all possible outlines via value proposition and results from the usability study case, I’m assured that the design I made will bring a strong impact of improvement in favour of users and the stakeholders.
